FOR LAPTOPS, DESKTOPS & PCS
Your photos are ready! This is a short guide in how best save the files from your gallery. After clicking on the link in the email, you’ll see a page similar to this one. Simply select all the files by clicking on the box on the top left then click on the Download button on the top right. This will save all the high resolution files to your computer.
If there are more than 1,000 files you may need to download them in batches by selecting and downloading half and then the rest or in batches of 100. If you have a phone or tablet, you may need to download the Amazon app before you can save the files to your device. Saving on computers or desktops won’t require you to download any software.
If you open the files in the browser and try to save files from the browser preview, you may get a low resolution file that’s blurry or pixelly. It’s better to select the files and then click on the Download button. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me!
