Section I: Pricing Information

Hi there! This article is designed to give you information on pricing and the booking process. All the links in this article open in a new page so that you don't lose track of this page.

All Collections and Photo Sessions Include:

a password-protected online gallery (a proofing website hosted on www.josefsamuel.com) for friends and family and generally contains anywhere from 1000-1300 photos for an all day wedding.
DVDs of high and medium resolution files without watermarks. All of the files are delivered in color in the jpg format and are processed with the following corrections: contrast, brightness, color, and crop.
a Limited Copyright Release, which is a document that gives you the permission to make prints, enlargements, use in personal projects, and backup the files. We recommend making a backup as soon as you receive the DVDs.
an optional photo registry so that guests can contribute gift certificates for photography products to you. We can help and promote this option for you so your guests can pitch in towards the cost of photography. Ask us about this option.
a slideshow of approximately 80-100 of my favorite images hosted on my website. Some of these may be processed in black and white and may receive extra retouching. High and medium resolution of these edited files are included in your DVD(s) in a "Favorites" folder.
Josef's time, creativity, and help on all pre and post wedding day work. I would love to help you with your wedding day schedule, forming a list of family formal photos, give ideas for locations, recommend other wedding vendors, and generally help on the wedding day.

Second Professional Wedding Photographer

Albums

$1000

A 10x10 leather custom-designed wedding album with 30 pages.
Additional album pages $50/page.
Parent books are identical to primary album and are 50% off total cost of primary album.
Upgrade book to 12x12 $250.

Reception Slideshow

$50

Display a slideshow of your wedding photos at your reception on our iMac.
We can notify your wedding guests when your photos are online, send them a link to the gallery, and send a reminder before the gallery expires. We can also send them the link to your photo registry. Ask us about this option.

Section II: Booking Information

Booking your wedding date is easy and fast. Our system is designed to work 100% online through our website. There are two steps to reserving your date. After contacting us and we've verified that we are available, then you can start with these steps. Of course, if possible, it would be great to schedule a meeting so that we can get to know each other or if you are an out-of-town client, schedule a phone meeting.

Step 1: The Retainer

To reserve a date, the studio requires a retainer. The retainer of $1000 will apply towards the total balance and can be sent online through the link. We also accept checks that can be mailed to the studio. The address is:

Step 2: The Contract

The contract can be filled in Adobe Reader. Once the contract is returned and completed, we'll send it to you to sign digitally through Echosign, a digital signature service.

You don't need to sign up, just enter your email address at the bottom of the contract and bingo, all done. That makes it easy to sign contracts online -no mailing letters necessary!

Once the retainer and a signed contract are sent in, then you would be all set with wedding photography. Please note that the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding date.
